Entering the corporate office of Cedar Valley Corp., LLC one is immediately drawn to the wall proudly displaying some of the many industry and civic awards recognizing the company as a premier Midwest paving contractor exemplifying honorary corporate citizenship. Three additional awards were recently added to the impressive collection.
The three were 2013 “Excellence in Concrete Paving” awards presented by the Iowa Concrete Paving Association (ICPA) at their 49th annual convention in Des Moines. The ICPA and the Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT) jointly evaluate projects nominated in 2012 for smoothness, safety and project complexity, general appearance and workmanship, contractor management and quality control.
