Cedar Valley Corp., LLC was the recipient of three Portland Cement Concrete Paving Awards presented by the Iowa Concrete Paving Association (ICPA) during the 51st Annual Concrete Paving Workshop February 4-6, 2015.
Cedar Valley Corp.’s three winning projects were among 63 nominated projects that were jointly evaluated by the ICPA and Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT). The projects were rated on smoothness, quality control, general appearance and workmanship, contractor management, safety and project complexity.
Cedar Valley’s winning projects included:
STATE ROADS CATEGORY - Highway 86, Dickinson County
PCC OVERLAY CATEGORY - US Highway 59, Cherokee County
NEW SECONDARY ROADS CATEGORY - County Road E34, Monona County
