On March 2-4, 2011, the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrte Pavement Association (MO/KS ACPA) hosted the 31st Annual Portland Cement Concrete Paving Conference in Kansas City, Missouri. A highlight of the session is the awarding of state level Excellence in Concrete Pavement awards, with winners then being able to submit their nominations for consideration on the national level. This program encourages high quality workmanship and further serves as a forum for sharing information on successful projects.
